For the State of MA, an AQ 04 Asbestos Notification Form (ANF-001) must be filed for the project at least ten (10) working days prior to starting any removal or disturbance of any Asbestos containing materials.

For the State of RI, only single-family owned homes do not need a State and EPA Notification. For any other project, there needs to be an Abatement Plan and an Approval letter from RIDOH.
